1. General

1.1 This policy was written in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, and it forms an integral part of the terms of use of the site.
1.2 A request to cancel a transaction or refund will be submitted in writing only to the address: yoannaroset9@gmail.com, along with the full transaction details.

2. Cancellation of services and courses

2.1 Ongoing service / non-one-time course: The transaction can be canceled within 14 days from the date of execution of the transaction or from the date of receipt of a disclosure document - whichever is later, and provided that the cancellation is made at least 14 non-rest days before the start of the service.
2.2 For cancellations as stated, cancellation fees will be charged at the lower of: 5% of the transaction price/100 NIS.

3. Cancellation of participation in a one-time event

3.1 For one-time events (workshops/lectures/meetings) on a fixed date – cancellation is possible within 14 days from the date of the transaction, provided that there are at least 7 business days remaining that are not rest days until the date of the event.
3.2 Later cancellation will be possible at the sole discretion of the operator.

4. Digital content

4.1 In digital content to which full access has actually been provided (viewing/downloading/opening access) – no right of cancellation will apply and no refund will be given, unless otherwise expressly stated on the product page.

5. Method of refund

5.1 Refunds will be made only to the payment method used to make the transaction.
5.2 The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice, subject to the provisions of the law.
5.3 In the event of partial cancellation – only a proportional refund will be made.

6. Cancellation by the operator

6.1 The operator may cancel an event/course/digital access in the event of force majeure, insufficient registration or unexpected impediment.
6.2 In such a case, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered, at the customer's choice.
