What is conscious sound painting?
Conscious sound painting is a practice that identifies and transforms cyclic sound waves, periodic information that is absorbed in the body through all the senses and appears as an internal painting that combines visual elements (line, spot, shape, flow) and musical elements (harmony, dissonance, crescendo, diminuendo).
Through sound, color, and movement, we open access to the higher centers of the soul and enable action from free awareness, rather than automatic reaction.
